Yep, 6 hours is not a very long time. However, ARN is not that nice place to spend 6 hours. Depending on the weather, it might be worth it to take Arlanda Express downtown - it should only take 20 minutes each way. With the current exchange rate of SEK, the prices are much more reasonable than they used to be...
