Per Dictionary.com, tattle is defined as
1. to let out secrets.
2. to chatter, prate, or gossip.
So, I call it voicing a concern to the individuals who can investigate, and resolve, the situation with all the facts in mind. This is most certainly not letting out a secret (unless the FA DID do something wrong that should be kept confidential). And, I most certainly do not consider this gossip, as I have done everyone possible to ensure this FAs identity is not being revealed. The only person who will know who he is is AA when I provide them with my flight details.
