It was mentioned by UA staff AFTER the fact - and thus started the (I'm sure by him now lamented) thread.
His question was valid - as are a lot of threads that get started by stoo-pid things UA staff say & do or don't do (THIS is a F class meal, can you believe they said or did this, they didn't follow through when they said they did, whine, whine, whine).

Since
SkiAdcock brought it up, I think it's a great idea. Since UA hasn't stepped up to the plate and so many FTers in this thread think that the doctor should have received something, then why don't you(starting with Ski) mail him a SWU along with some 500 mile domestic upgrades?
That solves the problem completely!
The doctor receives some goodies and the FTers who think that some of us have "bashed" him because we believe that people should do things from the goodness of their hearts will feel good turning around and giving him the goodies. It's a win-win all the way around!
I'll start by sending out a couple of drink coupons - doc please send me via email (in my profile) your snail mail address.
Please post here what you're sending the doctor so that we don't duplicate.
