If the medical kit in the cockpit was used then it is required to be written up. If they took all your information there will be a flight report made. To be able to use that medical you must have medical ID and it will be noted on the report. NOW.....What UAL does with it is up to them. I have tried to follow through with these situations but is almost impossible to do so. It will take a while for all the powers that be to read, record, report, discuss, decide, ponder, discuss again, check with their supervisor and finally do something...if anything.
