I had my first two experiences of the Elemis spa this last week:

Arrivals lounge -- had the shoulder massage -- it was pretty OK

Departure -- the hand massage -- this was really quite excellent. The simultaneous use of hot and cold stones was a rather novel sensation, and highly recommended.

I know that most posters do not enjoy the chairs, but I found them pretty good actually.
