Delta does NOT operate 757's to CDG from PHX. The 757 couldn't fly ATL-CDG let alone PHX-CVG.

Additionally DL does not offer service via JFK anymore (AF only) and SLC/CVG/ATL are 767.

Do you have a flight number and date?
