The recession is here. We're heading to Maui Feb.25-Mar.2. The rates on most of the 4-5* hotels are the same as last summer. I know some are offering resort credits. Any chance the rates will come down or should I book now?

I saw somewhere Maui occupancy rates are way down. Is this true for 4-5*'s too?
