Yes and no .. the woman got the window seat b/c she was "too tired" to move. If she got her butt up to use the lav (and on multiple times, no less) - it's all over right there and then unless she had a bunch of stuff under the seat (or you did). When she returns, point out that she was feeling better to move and it was time to sit in the assigned seat - period. The FA would be out and out wrong to make you move in this situation.
yes, this is all well and good in theory, but then unfortunately you get stuck to someone who might make the rest of your flight completely miserable, regardless of how unjustified his or her behavior is.
i would also guess that in practice, this depends a lot on the FA's. if he or she cares more about their "galley time" or maintaining the general peace in the cabin, he or she may be unfairly unreasonable with you, regardless of your rights. seen it before...
