Not so much -- at least last week. I spent some time in the Envoy lounge last week on the way overseas and the self-serve bar has been reduced to sodas and cheap, crappy wine.

You can still get a complimentary cocktail, but you have to get it at the other end of the lounge, from the bar attendant (in single-shot glasses).

Given everything else, no real surprise that they would eliminate the self-serve feature.
