this is ridiculous. their ability to 'project growth' has been abysmal and nothing short of pathetic. they eliminated silver guest access a while ago and now they are getting rid of this. what next?
having members that may have gone the extra mile to meet silver/gold renewal requirements sit in a lounge in terminal 1 cant be great for business.
if anything, maybe move silver to t1 and leave gold at t3. the ratio of gold/silver must be 1:20 or so?
