For a minimum of a two week committment, the best I could find was $106 for Nov. 2007 and $140 for Nov. 2008. These for a Midsize base rate per week, in USD (without coupons).
Business activity was very visibly down, in Oct. and Nov. of this year.
I suggest that you keep checking and also monitor pricing that is one or two weeks away from the present (if you are not already doing so), in order to get a feel for March 2009 possibilities.
