I earned elite status more then a month ago. Till today I did not receive this card. I called them, and they told they sent on November 3rd. What's going on? Any elite card holders? How long I have to wait to receive this. Some of airlines recognize by number that my card is Star gold, some not. Is enough for enter lounge some written confirmation of status , or I cant use status till I receive card? I will be happy for any help.
