So an ex-LHR flight earning tier points (long haul) and a OW connection flight before end March is the criteria...?

With the right class for a return LHR-HKG-PNH flight with the latter a connection flight with KA, is that a qualifying flight? I ask this because KA doesn't seem to be specifically mentioned as a OW airline in this promotion blurb .
