FWIW, I just got a report that a 1Ks sponsored CR1s cleared in the last couple of days for a flight on 12/19. So my theory as of late of 'they NEVER clear until 24 hrs prior or later' is busted. (I'm happy to be wrong) At least they do SOMETIMES still open NF prior to 24 hrs.
