Hotel choices are cheaper and easier to get in Pattaya. From Pattaya to Jomtien by baht bus is only 20 baht. You could get a cheaper hotel in Pattaya for one night or two and then check out some places in Jomtien, then pack up and move to that hotel.

Lots of accommodation in Pattaya around 1000 baht.
