We went to vacation with a D40 and D40x and left the D200 at home this past summer. One had the 18-200mm mounted all the time and the other used a 12-24mm and a 17-55mm. We had too much coverage at the short end. While the 18-200mm is a great lens but the 70-200mm f2.8 would have been better on the long end. This is the lens I don't have yet.
