Question Service dog Bali to Chicago

I've just been told today that my job has just been downsized and I will need to fly from DPS (Bali) back to Florida, with my 10 lb. Service Dog. I have all of the proper documentation/ID/Vest, etc. and he is well behaved, does not bark and trained to toilet on pads which he will do in the lavatory.

I would like to fly First Class on ANA via Chicago and then on to Orlando. Does anyone know how I can do this? ANA website says ..."ANA will continue to welcome and accomodate disabled passengers accompanied by their service dogs." In another section they go on to say about travelling with "pets" (which Service Animals are not considered)..."Pets are not permitted on Code-Share flights."

Since ANA does not originate from DPS, I will have to fly someone else (Japan Airlines?) from DPS to TYO. Is this considered codeshare???

Sorry but I am rather a novice at all of this. Have any of you FF's seen small service dogs in the First Class of any ANA flights? Can someone give me any insight?
