Hello -

My mom received a letter from UAL stating that her 13,411 MP miles will be forgeited on 5/31/04 if she does not have a qualifying activity on her account.

Now I know that there are many ways to have qualifying activity including Idine, etc, but what options do I have for transferring the miles out? The MP website doesn't have any options like Milepoint or magazines to redeem.

My mother is elderly and doesn't travel much. She does not have a credit card and does not rent cars or visit hotels on her own. What other options does she have to use these miles before they expire?
