Hi - Booking new trip on-line with points, I just noted that for some strange reason one sector previously recorded has been removed even though the elevate number is listed on my boarding pass for this sector

i.e. my only option is to buy this new ticket with cash now as partly use of point is not possible.
Any suggestion ? or just quietly accept that earned points can disappear anytime ?

Call "Guest Care" (one of the options on the phone menu), and see if they will help you book the ticket using points that you are owed.
