I tend to think, given the history of how PL has done this, it is a matter of time before all the loopholes are found by someone(s), then exploited enough, that they will all be closed.

First it was * Alliance, now it is 1 World. I haven't seen the * Alliance loophole since the beginning of this year. Coincidence, or just that we've killed the golden goose for each alliance?
