There are two trains per hour from LEJ to Halle CS. One regional (3,60€), on IC (6,00€). All connections are only 11 min.
From Halle CS watch out for the TRAM signs and catch Tram 2,5,7 or 12 to station Am Steintor. It is just a 5 min ride. A 20 min walk will do the same. From that station it is only a two minutes walk to your desired hotel. The map on the hotels website will show you the last steps.
