The article goes on to say that UA and SAS will continue to operate their own lounges, so I guess SAS is left out too.

My guess is that UA doesn't want to pay for their own lounge AND pay for visits to the *A lounge. At the end of the day, it's disappointing, but not completely surprising either... I am actually glad UA is keeping their lounge, which for a RCC isn't that bad. I do hope that F pax will be directed to the *A lounge though. I'd also love to know about showers in the *G lounge...
