I think 'ANA' is missing and is actually the most commonly used abbreviation on here than a newbie would really struggle with (given most of us tend to write 'I used ANA but couldn't find ...')

Also ICC for Indian Call Centre, Donington for BMI headquarters, Joanna for lurker
