Sheraton on the park is one of the best Starwood property in their portfolios... Frankly, only few Westin, Sydny and KL is alongside the same league... while Sheraton in Singapore and Langkawi in Malaysia is the worst( please do not ever even consider staying at those two properties).

Sheraton on the Park, being the best, always up against challenges.. such as long que before check in, and I must say, not very good Breakfast at the Club, even I am platinum, never go to breakfast for their inconsistent and poor quality of breakfast... However, the staffs are exceptional.... Daniella, Theresia, Julia, Natalia, Nick, Shona... it is the best club experience one can have....

Management has right attitude and doing exceptionally well, and anyone who visit the Sheraon on the park will agree...

But let's understand them being busy, althought we all want to quiet and peaceful club moments, business sometimes comes with downside.. we all must give and receive... I am glad that my favorite Starwood hotel is doing exceptionally well!!

Since I am on this page... Westin KL, W Seoul, and W Maldives alongside the best out of all, Sheraton on the Park.... will never disappoint you...!
