Ok, here is the afternoon update:

1. A couple with backpacks have decided to call the lounge "home." The have talen over one end of the lounge!

2. Spoke with the afternoon team who was a little more forthcoming with information. They said that that it use to have the "lounge feel" but a few months ago it all changed as the "weekenders" (as they referred to them) are now here every day. Staffing has been reduced and they are all working much harder and if there are any check-ins, bar and food service must be curtailed. Understand that many of the "regulars" have complained, but of course, not much they can do. Appears to be a new "strategy" focused around cost cutting.
