You can check in ( i think up to 24 hours before deaprture) . Call either Skywards or Emirates customer services and say you want a room when you check in. I am sure they will accomodate.
Hmm that's online check-in though ... I was thinking of checking in at T3 around 11 pm and then hopefully getting the room ... how did you get your room if you dont mind the question ?
