I would call Gold Passport Support to see:

A. If they can change the card in your reservation - you can try the "I forgot to use MC instead of Visa" (which I almost did forget this week), or
B. If they can add your wife as an authorized agent on this reservation (only if you reserved for two people).

I haven't used the kiosks yet but will next week.
