I was told yesterday afternoon by a CB CS rep that Citibank was looking for a purchaser for the Citibank (US - Canada unknown, though I believe they operate the same way that the US does) diners club card portfolio. This would make sense to me as CB issues AMEX cards now. That was just one CS rep, though - I called again and another one didn't know anything about it. Still, I could have hit it lucky and gotten one knowledgeable representative.
