Great Mexican food, though there will definitely be a wait on the weekends, and maybe on a weekday too. You can ask for a sampler of the moles so you can test them out before ordering.

You'll definitely get the "presentation" at temple Square, but it's not really pushy, and the scenery is beautiful.

There are a number of surprising good restaurants downtown, mostly just to the west of Temple Square. Acme Burger, Cucina Toscana, Tony Caputo's Market & Deli all come to mind, and I know that there are lots more down there.
