On my LX BP my FQTV No. starts with LHxxxx and I have changed my address from Germany to Switzerland.

You can keep the German M&M CC and can get a Cornercard for free additionally.

You won't get your LH Exclusive Magazine anymore but a small leaflet for Switzerland.
