Hope. Those who hope to get upgraded will book D class unconfirmed.

It is not a rip-off as far as I'm concerned. AC should get ^ for letting status pax upgrade BEFORE reward pax.

If you think this is a rip-off, then people who bought Latitude fares and hope to get an upgrade but failed would be even MORE ripped off.

This is life. If you want certainty, buy a J,C or Z fare. But then, you may say AC rips you off because Z fare costs you more...
