1. Mesa is this close > < to bankruptcy. Any claim earned in court will not be paid, or very little.

2. Money is money. Mesa is probably going to pay a pretty penny to use the name Aloha. This coupled with some ownerhip of Mesa is just going to help Yucaipa put some more money back in their coffers.

3. Moku has been taking some traffic away from go! - its a better plane and better service - and go! has to do something.
