Just got a call from United about schedule changes to a couple of Island Air awards in March. It looks like they will be down to one flight from HNL-LIH in March so the 4:55pm flight I had booked is now a 9:55am flight (basically elminates a day in Oahu)...I'm sure a lot of folks like me booked these awards while they were still 5,000 miles round-trip...does anyone know if UA would switch you over to the MANY flights offered by Hawaiian without any additional miles? I know on UA flights, if your schedule change is over 45 minutes, you can get a schedule change for free but I wasn't sure how this worked on an award travel situation with Island Air (doesn't sound like a healthy airline with a skeleton schedule like this)....hmmm
