Couldn't the users here post the content for the flights they take? I know I wouldn't mind jotting down what was available and posting it. I've been known to do something similar with restaurant menus and cruise line daily activity sheets. Actually I usually take a .jpg of the restuarant menu and blog about what I've personally sampled. But you get the idea.
