I got dropped off by the AVIS people at the South end of T5, checked in, walked to the North security area. At the entry to the Security Zone I was told they were too busy. So I walked all the way back to the South Security zone, got through security and proceeded to the north galleries lounge and noticed that the North security area was not busy at all - well not any busier than normal!
