what a bummer. I recollect a recent thread where someone said they never carry their PLT/EXP card as the status is shown on the boarding pass.

seems to me there's a lesson in this for any PLT/EXP wishing to enter OW clubs. I know I'll be bringing my card (hopefully EXP in a few weeks ^).
