Could only be done in "jelly" - would dry up otherwise. Had it on ANA as well in F and you really can't taste it - the taste is normally subtle on the ground anyway.
Don't ever order SQ's book the cook nigiri sushi ex-NRT, it is AWFUL.
On several occasions, I've had "real" fugu on JL F ex NRT, and it was wonderful. They actually have a full fugu-themed meal where each dish is made from a different part of the fish. The main entrée was fugu flesh on the bone, which gives a slight tingle to the tongue.
