Illogical situation, given that they aren't issuing referral certs for 'referred' RA's rather than 'earned' RA's.

If RA can't be earned, only obtained by referral, and referred RA'd don't get a referral cert in their RA kit .... where are the referring certs coming from?.

Unless there are a new set of criteria for "invitation" by IHG rather than referral cert .... which is then just "earned" under a different name.
