I always use miles for upgrades for work related travel.
After all I only have one butt, regardless of the travel being work or pleasure and I want to make sure it rests comfortably !

(I can book business class travel if I want, but sometimes the cost is prohibitive. That's when I would book WT+ and MFU if available)
