Hilton was going to be the brand on the Ariel Sands property after redevelopment. That fell through WAY before the economic downturn. I think about the time when Hilton heard Park Hyatt was moving in//St. Regis prior and Ritz Carlton in Hamilton they knew they could not compete. Not to mention the old Sonesta/Wyndham being redeveloped and The Reefs just opening.

Now with Four Seasons to be the brand for the Horizons/Coral Beach Property they are probably happy they made no investment.
