I think this fare structure is just prove that there is a misuse of the use of fuel surcharges in fare structures and rather an excuse for higher fares.
Yet the total price YHZ-YVR is more than YHZ-LHR (including the exorbitant UK air passenger duty). Does it really make that much of a difference how AC arrives at a fare?
