yes, for an Eplus seat, it was as bad if not worse than normal Y seats in the back.

Did you by any chance look at row 8A-C to see if it had the 6 extra inches of legroom that you were missing?
Regardless, write to customer service. Depending on your status there are different desks to write to.
yes, I looked at row 8 as well and it seemed to have the normal amount of space for Economy plus. I have never encountered this since UA started Eplus years ago.

Thank you all for the comments, I will be sending a letter to UA shortley. I lost my elite status(25k) in Feb. and my wife is a PA. Next year looks alot better work wise to take time off and fly. I pay out of pocket and travel entirely for leisure/vacations. I will send a letter to several desks. I just hope no one else has to encounter that like I did.
