Welcome to Flyertalk mspotato.

The MilesBuzz form is for Discussion of the latest frequent flyer program buzz. Also, it's not a good idea to "cross-post" unless there is some interesting news that you think the whole community should know about.

Take a look at the ruses of the Asia Miles program:

http://www.asiamiles.com/am/1,,22481__eng__1,00.html

Especially the following:

Asia Miles Mileage Transfer and Asia Miles Mileage Renewal

Mileage credits can be transferred to the account of any chosen redemption group member. The initial minimum block transfer is 10,000 Asia Miles at a service fee of US$100, and further Asia Miles can be transferred in blocks of 5,000 at a service fee of US$50 per block. Transferred Asia Miles are valid for a further three years.

Mileage credits which are about to expire can be extended for a further three years with Asia Miles Mileage Renewal. Asia Miles can be renewed in blocks of 2,000 at a service fee of US$10 per block.

Award redemption - general conditions

The sale or barter of mileage credits, award travel or other programme benefits is prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all mileage credits or awards and the cancellation of membership. Violators will be liable for damages suffered or incurred by CPLP and/or Partners.

Feel free to re-post this in the Coupon Connection as I am closing this here.
