I'm not looking for *Restaurants... Entrees around $20 would be ok, for something better/nicer I'd even go to $30.

I/we eat almost everything although I'm a big fan of sushi (however, I doubt you'll beat the quality I've eaten in SIN and GRU) and we very much like Brazilian, Indian, North African and Arabian food (Cunmin!). No Italian, no Burger, no Tex-Mex please - modern "fusion" is fine, if it's experimental enough.
