Our A320 from DEN landed at a TED gate at SFO the other day .. the gate next to the walkway to the international terminal. So, after reading the "thank you for flying TED signs" I turned right and walked through the International terminal to go to the air train station.

That was different. It's a rare treat when you get one of the inside gates.
