Dash 8 - 100/200
Best seats are 1 B,C,D. These are the main exit rows (left & right) and have unlimited legroom. 1A has a bulkhead at knee position (no leg room - worst seat on the plane).

Mid cabin exit at row 4 has an extra few inches leg room.
