Get Northwest flight and gate status via e-mail from anywhere. Travelers with e-mail access are now able to get real-time flight and gate status using simple commands.
How it works:
* Send an e-mail to ‘
[email protected]’ with the requested flight and date in the subject line or as a message. For example: ‘Get 803 today’
* An e-mail response will be sent back from Northwest with real-time flight and gate status including departure and arrival information.
* You are also able to send ‘help’ to ‘
[email protected]’ to receive instructions on how to use Flight & Gate Status "On The Go".
Tried it out. A little lag on the reply e-mail but it did get back to me in a few minutes. Not sure why anyone would do this over using the mobile version of nwa.com...
