I am planning to travel from Heathrow to Tel Aviv in Business (August 09). What is the flight like on this flight in Business Class?

At the moment I am booked on LH via Frankfurt or should I go direct on BMI London - Tel Aviv?
I was only been on BMI once LHR - Hamburg (only available in Y) and that was rather disappointing.
