I would ask at the *A lounge and see if they have any arrangements for a shower. My guess is no, but it doesn't hurt to ask.
You can buy a shower for a fee at the Airport hotel (above the concourse) in their health club. It used to be US$7 for a shower although it has probably gone up. You can also work out or use other services in the health club for similar fees.
