Is this a makeable connection at LHR with checked baggage, with only 2 hours connection time on the outbound and 1 hr on the inbound leg?

Adding to my concern, BAEC-NA phone CS tells me that it is an overnight connection on the inbound leg while the online booking page (shown above) doesn't seem to indicate so.

I am trying to do this in First/CW with the BA 50% off award sale ( the taxes are about $1130 , is this even right?) and this is my first trip to india on BA. I don't know if this is the best routing from Dallas to Chennai and would be open to any alternate routings/ destinations in india. I'd be grateful or any tips, suggestions etc from the great BA FT community here.
